Job Summary
Assist raters and team leads with routine tasks, enter data into customers’ files, gather and send documents, and perform clerical duties including data entry/scanning, photocopying, faxing, and document handling. Support office operations by completing first-screen tasks (B3), opening LVS, answering phone calls from partners and offices, and operating the scanning station for imaging. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with strong typing; able to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management. Maintain organization and prioritize daily tasks to support a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
