Brokerage Accounting Specialist

Responsible for brokerage accounting operations across assigned markets, auditing brokerage deals and commission calculations, reviewing referrals, co-brokes, silent overrides, and special commission arrangements, and managing post-close adjustments, clawbacks, payment exceptions. Monitor automated Total Brokerage to Ramp payment workflows, investigate discrepancies, and partner with Operations and market leadership to resolve transaction issues. Support month-end close and audit readiness, document recurring exceptions, and identify automation opportunities. Requires 3+ years of real estate brokerage accounting experience and proficiency with NetSuite, Ramp, Excel, and Microsoft 365. Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and an audit-ready mindset. This role is remote eligible within the United States.
