Build a strong understanding of clients' businesses, risk profiles, and insurance requirements to deliver tailored placement solutions. Develop and execute effective placement strategies by identifying appropriate markets and negotiating with insurers and reinsurers. Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders across the business. Support the preparation of client presentations, programme structures, pricing models, and placement documentation. Work closely with Account Executives and Sales teams to structure competitive and profitable solutions. Identify opportunities to retain, grow, and develop existing client relationships while supporting new business initiatives. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, contribute to business development activity, and support responses to new business opportunities and RFPs. Collaborate with colleagues across specialist teams to deliver technical expertise and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure all placements and documentation comply with regulatory requirements, internal governance, and contract certainty standards. Maintain accurate records across relevant systems and contribute to continuous process improvement. Keep up to date with market developments, products, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
