Broker Transaction Analyst - TX - (TEMP)

Job Summary
Review and manage contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements for client transactions using AI-enhanced workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaboratively support Designated and Managing Brokers by resolving complex transaction issues, conducting training on risk management and licensing requirements, and responding promptly to agent requests. Actively participate in eXp Risk Management initiatives, assist in developing brokerage operations manuals, and provide backup support as needed. Fulfill additional duties assigned to meet strategic brokerage needs while maintaining adherence to state laws, MLS standards, and NAR ethics.
Required Qualifications
- A real estate license
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions
- Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance
- Deep understanding of state and federal laws
- Department of Commerce rules and regulations
- Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements
- NAR Code of Ethics
- MLS standards
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A highly collaborative approach
- Proven success in partnering with internal stakeholders
- Ability to make swift, informed decisions
- Uncompromising integrity
- Active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
- This is a temporary, contract position estimated through December 31, 2026
- This role is work-from-anywhere in Texas
