Job Summary
Manage and strengthen relationships with health insurance brokers as the primary point of contact for quotation support, query resolution, and guidance on medical insurance products. Deliver product updates, training sessions, and workshops to ensure brokers are well-versed in policy features, underwriting guidelines, and claims procedures. Track and maintain accurate records of broker interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics while collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues impacting service delivery. Ensure brokers follow correct procedures for underwriting, policy issuance, and claims management to drive growth within the medical insurance portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in medical insurance, preferably in broker relations, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong understanding of health insurance products, underwriting processes, and claims procedures
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct training sessions and engage brokers effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
