Broker Manager - Third Party

Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregators, brokers, and referrers to strengthen Judo's third-party channel and identify quality lending opportunities aligned with risk appetite. Provide support, training, and guidance on products and credit processes while partnering with stakeholders to progress transactions and deliver a seamless customer experience. Manage broker and referrer portfolios to drive engagement, strengthen networks, and generate consistent transaction flow. Maintain compliance across the third-party portfolio and continuously improve team workflows. This role requires Australian working rights and focuses on growing the SME banking ecosystem through trusted partnerships and commercial acumen.
Required Qualifications
- Australian working rights
- Proven experience in relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong networks across brokers, referrers, aggregators and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and collaborate across a broad range of stakeholder groups
- Sound commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to analyse financial information and support transaction structuring
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with strong reasoning, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in commercial banking, credit or a related field, with a solid understanding of business lending and lending processes
- The ability to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities and contributing to team success
