Job Summary
Build and maintain professional, arm's-length relationships with independent and captive insurance brokers to support Medicare education and community awareness. Serve as the primary educational resource for broker partners, ensuring all communications strictly comply with CMS Medicare Advantage marketing guidelines and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Execute a compliant outreach plan to drive patient education across an assigned territory, tracking engagement and activity within CRM systems. Participate in and co-host genuine educational events like Medicare 101 seminars, documenting content to verify compliance with no enrollment activity or preferential treatment. Support scheduling and follow-up for prospective patient wellness exams while safeguarding all information per HIPAA requirements. Partner with internal teams to align on territory goals and escalate any compliance concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in insurance broker sales, Medicare outreach, community education, or a related healthcare field
- Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage products, including CMS marketing guidelines and the Anti-Kickback Statute
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA privacy and security obligations, including appropriate handling of prospective patient information
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel across assigned markets
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned markets, up to 75% of the time
- Ability to stand, walk, and engage in event setup and execution activities
- Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 25 pounds) as needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations as required by the role
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in Medicare Advantage or value-based care organizations
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and standard business applications
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) for real-time collaboration
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
