Broker Dealer seeks: Human Resources (HR) Associate- Rippling Workforce Management System a "HUGE PLUS"

Onsite HR Associate in New York City responsible for end-to-end HR generalist duties including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training oversight, time and attendance for payroll submission, and collaborating with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. Tasks include policy guidance, compliance with employment laws, performance reviews, investigations, open enrollment, benefits, and recordkeeping. Strong focus on DOT regulations, safety initiatives, and maintaining accurate HR and payroll records; role expected to be 80% HR and 20% recruiting/payroll with extensive interaction across management and employees. Rippling HR system experience is a huge plus; candidate must be capable of operating with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in a Broker-Dealer setting.
