Job Summary
Manage corporate clients in property insurance by analyzing business needs, identifying risks, and tracking market trends to share insights. Participate in policy negotiations, co-create and renew insurance programs, and support international programs from a servicing office position. Deliver tailored property insurance solutions that expand client portfolios while collaborating within a global team. Work hybrid with three days in the office, including an anchor day for full team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- Passed broker exam or very close to passing it
- First-hand experience in insurance
- Experience in a brokerage firm
- Experience in an insurance company
- Ability to organize work
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to interact with people
- Ability to build good relationships with clients
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Communication skills in negotiations
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Windows environment)
