Broker Application Manager

Job Summary
Onboard new Broker partners by guiding them through their first loan submission and serving as the primary point of contact to equip them with tools and training. Lead live product sessions to walk clients through setup and usage, while tracking progress in Salesforce to ensure accurate performance reporting. Gather client feedback during onboarding to shape product improvements and partner with internal teams to resolve friction points and enhance the client journey. Represent RCN Capital at industry conferences and broker training events to expand professional networks. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, proficiency in MS Office, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. The position offers a competitive salary, 401K, and a hybrid schedule starting onsite for the first 90 days.
Required Qualifications

- Highly motivated with strong work ethic
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset
- High level of comfortability on the phone
- Adapts well to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional, client-focused role, specifically including phone work or cold calling
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
- Associate's degree in Business, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Monday-Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- First 90-days are onsite for training
- Hybrid schedule after - up to 3 days/week remote
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of software sales preferred
- Background in sales support, technical support, or implementation roles preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in the real estate lending, mortgage or banking industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred
