Job Summary
Line Cook role responsible for preparing a diverse range of items per company recipes, setting up for service, safely operating grills, stoves, and fryers, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, handling all food products with correct temperatures, following verbal and written instructions, and processing orders from a POS system. Must work in a fast-paced, noisy environment, stand up to 9 hours, and have weekend/holiday availability. Requires at least 16 years of age, English proficiency, and authorization to work in the US. Starting pay is $18.50/hour plus tips; part-time to full-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in breakfast, brunch, lunch
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant industry experience in the kitchen areas strongly preferred
