Job Summary
Deliver an incredible customer experience by engaging, greeting, and thanking every customer with a smile while making drinks to Dutch Bros. standards. Educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials to help them find exactly what they want. Maintain an excellent atmosphere and shift vibe by keeping the shop sparkling clean, adhering to appearance guidelines, and showing up on time. Stay calm during high volume, anticipate needs, and attend mandatory meetings while promoting the west valley culture and mission.
