Job Summary
We are seeking a Professional Line/Broiler Cook with at least five years of culinary experience to prepare culinary products in a high-volume fine dining environment. Responsibilities include checking prep schedules, using recipe books for batch prep, weighing and measuring ingredients, ensuring the freshness and quality of items prepared, and adhering to sanitation and safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful, and culinary schooling is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate professional communication skills and maintain a clean professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years’ previous culinary experience
- Experience in preparing culinary products in high-volume environments
- Ability to follow all recipes and systems
- Proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment
Desired Qualifications
- Former culinary schooling preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
