Broiler Chef position at Sullivan's Steakhouse. Responsibilities include broiling, grilling, and sautéing proteins using a top-broiler to desired doneness; coordinating food orders to support timely delivery to each table; and following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
