Broil, grille, and sauté proteins using a top broiler to achieve desired doneness while coordinating food orders for timely table delivery. Adhere strictly to recipe and presentation guidelines to meet guest expectations. This role requires at least six months of related experience and the ability to remain on feet in a fast-paced environment.
