Job Summary
Broadcasting Associate supports the Broadcasting Manager and Senior Broadcasting Associate by helping manage key internal and external workstreams focused on protecting NFL media rights and enhancing the live game viewing experience for fans. Responsibilities include managing the Broadcast Compliance Screening program (onboarding screeners, auditing logs, and producing weekly reports), assisting with NFL ad policy and approval processes, coordinating with NFL Marketing and broadcast partners on promo inventory and League initiatives, generating broadcast clips and compiling reports on compliance issues and league initiatives, and providing support for internal/external meetings and presentations. Strong communication, project-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-3+ years’ experience in the sports media industry with deep knowledge of the media rights landscape
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and willingness to take on tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
