Job Summary
Broadcast Support Engineer to join Nine Radio’s TV/radio technology engineering team on a 3-month part-time contract (30 hours/week) with potential to convert. You will provide prompt, in-depth technical support for broadcast systems, own design/implementation and upgrades, coordinate outage windows, and mentor colleagues. Requires 3+ years in broadcast/production systems and hands-on experience with audio/talkback systems and Broadcast IT workflows (Livewire, ST2110, Dante, AES67). Desirable familiarity with Axia, Lawo, VSM, Yamaha, Protools, and Codecs. Flexible, hybrid work options are available depending on role and team. Right to work in Australia is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting broadcast and production systems
- Proven experience supporting audio, talkback, and communications production systems (hardware and software)
- Solid understanding of Broadcast IT infrastructure and workflows (Livewire, ST2110, Dante, AES67)
