Job Summary
Broadcast Specialist (12 months) responsible for supporting Cricket Australia’s Commercial Broadcast & Production team ahead of the summer season. Serves as a key liaison for International and Domestic Rights Holders (television and radio), BBL/WBBL clubs, state associations, venue staff and external partners; drives content opportunities with broadcasters to align with CA’s objectives; manages content capture requirements pre- and during the summer (content camp, headshots, feature pieces); coordinates logistics and ticketing for match filming requests; ensures successful delivery to boost SOV and TV ratings; supports planning and execution with the Broadcast Operations team; ensures contractual compliance; travel and weekend/holiday work including Christmas. Experience in broadcast/media within a major sports organization, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and willingness to travel. Strong understanding of cricket operations and stakeholder relationships preferred.
