Job Summary
Review new project requests, advise on budgets and timing, and create work-back schedules for assigned productions. Act as the primary production authority from kickoff to delivery, championing innovative approaches and leading small-scale through complex integrated projects. Present estimates and processes at client meetings while coordinating communication across accounts, creatives, freelancers, and production partners. Manage talent documentation, contracts, and residual payments; source production partners; and monitor industry trends to propose creative solutions. Handle production billing, invoices, and POs, while managing revenue reporting, forecasts, and internal case studies. Mentor junior producers and identify broadcast process improvements. Requires 5+ years in live action video production within a creative agency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in live action video production, in a creative agency environment
- Deep working knowledge of ACTRA and UDA commercial agreement rules
- Strong organizational skills
