Job Summary
Operate Tagboard and Shotcall systems for live and remote productions while maintaining associated technical infrastructure. Support and maintain the Riedel Director intercom system, optimizing workflows and providing coverage for audio colleagues during broadcasts. Prepare, test, and manage graphics elements using internal software like Barracks, executing calls and monitoring leaderboards during matches. Ingest media, route sources, and build real-time replay packages for halftime and post-match highlights. Load and manage audio assets, configure routing systems, and monitor levels to meet industry standards. Prepare broadcast assets for upcoming productions, document operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and SOPs. This role supports Project Stryker at Riot Games' Remote Broadcast Center, featuring major titles including League of Legends, Wild Rift, and VALORANT.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in esports, live events, or broadcast operations
- Working knowledge of Riot Games titles, including League of Legends and VALORANT
- Experience working in fast-paced, detail-oriented production environments
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure live broadcast settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with multiple technical teams
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as required by broadcast schedules
