Job Summary
Coordinate game night broadcast, media, and communications efforts for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, including compiling and distributing stat packets, game notes, and lineup sheets to press row. Organize and maintain the upkeep of the press row while supporting the communications, creative, and marketing departments with daily and weekly tasks. Assist the PR and Media Coordinator with game night duties and collaborate with other departments to enhance the team's "FANDOM" and reach revenue goals. Maintain professionalism and adapt to a fast-paced environment, working nights and weekends as needed for home games and other events.

- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Must be local to the area with reliable transportation

Desired Qualifications
- Sports and entertainment experience
- Broadcast/Communications experience
- Experience in sports writing and journalism or interested in learning
- Knowledge of and appreciation of professional hockey, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, and the American Hockey League
