Job Summary
Remote ANZ Broadcast Administrator role within the APAC Broadcast Administration Team. You will oversee administration, management, and quality control of broadcast media content, curate data to support AI model training, and coordinate with cross-functional regional stakeholders (Account Executives, Customer Experience Teams, Media Monitors, and Copyright Compliance) to handle client data requests. You will collaborate across the ANZ region to maintain data workflows, stay aligned with industry trends, contribute to process improvements, and ensure data quality. Key responsibilities include data operations, metadata library maintenance, and ensuring accurate media data delivery to clients, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand markets. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational agility, and the ability to work in a fully remote setup with the option to attend the Manila office if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience & Domain Knowledge: Media & Broadcast Savvy with understanding of ANZ markets
- Research & Monitoring: ability to conduct in-depth research and monitor TV, radio, podcasts, online news, and social media analytics
- Work Workspace & Infrastructure: reliable home internet and flexibility to attend the Manila office if required
- Flawless Communication Skills: strong English language communication (verbal and written)
- Problem-Solving Mindset: proactive troubleshooting of data errors and operational bottlenecks
- Organizational Agility: ability to manage multiple high-volume tasks with minimal supervision
