Job Summary
Performs residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises to established specs, ensuring RF and signal levels meet requirements to minimize repeat calls. Delivers strong customer service with clear communication to leadership/dispatch, and educates customers on products/services with potential upsell opportunities. Maintains safe driving practices, operates company vehicle, and performs other duties as assigned. Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 0 years experience (entry level), valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, proficiency with basic tools, and strong problem solving/time management skills. Location: Snohomish, WA; on-site work with full benefits and wage range $20.00-$30.87/hour (Washington).
