Job Summary
Broadband Technician I responsible for installing and disconnecting residential data, video, and phone services at customer premises, ensuring correct RF and signal levels, delivering a positive customer experience, and identifying upsell opportunities. Requires maintaining safe driving practices, operating a company vehicle, strong customer service and communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments. Includes duties such as coordinating with leadership/dispatch, maintaining productivity metrics, and performing other duties as assigned; benefits and an emphasis on safety and inclusivity accompany this role.
Required Qualifications
