Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot voice and data services, using the latest test equipment and following safety guidelines. Maintain vehicle inventory and handle physical tasks like climbing, digging, and drilling while adhering to all safety protocols. Provide timely, detailed paperwork and feedback to improve services. Participate in on-call and shift work as required. Work in a fiber-based GPON environment ensuring homes and businesses stay connected. A valid driver's license and ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months
- Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Participate in on-call and shift work as required
