Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot voice and data services, using the latest test equipment and following safety and installation guidelines. Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance while handling physical tasks like climbing, digging, and drilling. Provide timely, detailed paperwork and feedback to improve services. Participate in on-call and shift work as required. This role involves working in a fiber-based GPON environment for residential and commercial customers, with a focus on continuous training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months
- Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Participate in on-call and shift work as required
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced education in IT, electronics, or a related field
