Job Summary
As a Broadband Network Technician I, you will be responsible for detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving system outages, emergency coax restoration, and maintaining fiber infrastructure. This role demands physical ability, technical expertise, and customer service skills, along with participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a telecom technician
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
