Job Summary
Install telecommunication services in customers' homes and offices; test and troubleshoot equipment and connections to ensure working properly. Thoroughly and patiently provide education to customers on the services installed and answer all customer questions prior to leaving the premises. Arrive on time for scheduled appointments, communicate proactively to advise arrival times, and ensure customers are onsite. Utilize test equipment to verify signal strength and connection quality. Process work orders prior to heading out, ensuring all necessary equipment and tools are available. Review work orders and completed tasks before leaving the premises to ensure work is complete and of the highest quality. Clean and maintain company vehicles, reporting any performance or maintenance issues to management. Adhere to driving and safety laws and company policies at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver's license
- Ability to remain insurable under the vehicle liability policy
- Strong computer, network, and electronics skills and knowledge
- Ability to utilize applications on a tablet device
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to clearly, professionally, and effectively communicate technical information to a diverse audience
- Strong customer service orientation

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment
