Job Summary
Broadband Installation Technician for an in-person field role in Tucker, GA. Responsible for installing and troubleshooting internet, TV, phone and smart home services; drive a company vehicle to customer homes/businesses; educate customers on Wi-Fi configuration; complete work electronically and move to the next assignment. Training provided to develop a skilled trade with long-term career opportunities, including potential advancement to Lead Technician, QC, Trainer, Commercial/Fiber Specialist, Supervisor, or Operations Manager. Requires physical work (climbing ladders up to 28 feet, lifting up to 100 pounds), outdoor work in all weather, and passing a drug screen and background check. Required Qualifications
- In-person field position (not remote or hybrid)
- Live within commuting distance of the hiring location
- Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
- Ability to climb ladders up to 28 feet
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass background screening (no felony convictions, no pending criminal charges; misdemeanors reviewed individually)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
