Brixx Craft House (FOH Manager)

Manage 3-5 shifts per week leading a team with exceptional leadership and accountability. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menu, including preparation, ingredients, and descriptions, while providing training for all staff. Delegate responsibilities as needed and anticipate and deliver exceptional service consistently. Perform and/or manage opening and closing duties assigned during department meetings and training sessions. Brixx is a locally owned restaurant affiliated with The Reef, The Brickyard, Legends, and The Front Door, seeking a leader to grow with this family-run company in Boise since 2018.
