Job Summary
Support customers via phone, webchat and email; listen, understand and resolve queries with empathy; manage your own caseload with support from your team; learn to use systems and processes to find the right solutions; work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification alongside your role; apprenticeship lasts 18 months with 20% off-the-job learning and 80% on-the-job call handling; after competency is achieved, potential to move to a hybrid working arrangement (typically two days per month in the office); full training provided by Babington with mentorship and team support.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 16 or over and have the legal right to work in England
- Eligibility for government apprenticeship funding
- Some experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, part-time or Saturday jobs)
