Bring Your Own Pod

Bring Your Own Pod at Tenex: hire teams of two to five who build and embed together into client projects as part of a pod structure. Roles include Forward Deployed Engineer, Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, and AI Strategist. Teams work in Tenex’s NYC office five days a week with monthly travel to client sites. The work centers on applying real software engineering to frontier AI problems, collaborating with partner teams (Anthropic and OpenAI) and delivering AI-native workflows for clients. You will be evaluated as individuals and as a unit, with offers extended to the whole team if selected.
