Job Summary
Lead store operations and staff: interview/hire/develop employees, create a positive environment for employees and customers, meet performance metrics, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure banking, safety, operations and legal compliance, control labor/inventory/maintenance costs, manage daily tasks to keep the store organized, and provide exceptional customer service. Requires completion of a 5-week manager-training course and supervision experience; must be able to stand/bend/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
