Job Summary
Brilliance Boss oversees store operations and staff, conducting a required 5-week manager-training course, interviewing and developing employees, and ensuring a positive environment for customers and team members while meeting sales, safety, and compliance metrics. Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, managing banking and operating procedures, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving issues. Requires lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and prior supervisory experience; must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation.
