Job Summary
Brightree Workflow & Systems Consultant for HME/DME operations. Analyze current-state HME/DME workflows, identify inefficiencies, configure and optimize Brightree system functionality, and support revenue cycle performance. Responsibilities include evaluating intake, documentation, billing, revenue cycle, inventory, and operational workflows; identifying bottlenecks and dataflow issues; recommending scalable solutions to improve efficiency, accountability, visibility, and financial outcomes; supporting Brightree implementations, workflow redesigns, and system-driven performance insights; collaborating with client leadership, operational and billing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders; translating Brightree capabilities into practical operational recommendations; supporting change management, process documentation, and adoption of improved workflows; and representing the firm in client-facing engagements. Requires hands-on Brightree experience and deep knowledge of HME/DME workflows, with strong analytical and communication skills. Remote-friendly availability with flexibility for client meetings and project updates.
