Job Summary
Support the design of bridges and structural systems on transportation projects by assisting with drafting, modeling, and technical analysis. Collaborate with experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams while participating in projects from early planning through construction. Learn industry tools, standards, and best practices through real-world experience under mentorship from senior designers. This early-career role offers hands-on experience from day one within BSC Group, a leading Massachusetts consulting engineering firm, in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering (or graduating soon)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Curiosity to learn
