Job Summary
Guide and support Bridge Program residents, mentor resident advisors, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, structured environment while promoting residents' spiritual, academic, vocational, and personal goals. Lead program leadership, accountability, and mentorship initiatives; coordinate with vocational/educational/clinical teams; maintain progress notes and participate in Case Conferences; identify future junior/senior participants and build foundational independent living skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Human Services or related field; or 3-5 years experience in a Residential setting.
- Clean driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to participate in an at-will employment relationship.
