Job Summary
Bridge Inspection Project Manager responsible for overall management of bridge/highway projects for local municipalities and PennDOT, including design oversight, client communications and relationships, budgeting and scheduling, quality control and assurance, and business development. Leads project teams, prepares and coordinates technical and price proposals and contract amendments, ensures regulatory and environmental compliance, and pursues new markets and geographies while mentoring staff and providing performance feedback. Requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills, with proficiency in coordinating with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Ten (10) years of job-related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
