Job Summary
Complete assigned work within schedule and hours while developing discipline-specific engineering deliverables such as reports, designs, and plans. Assist in project specification development and perform quality control reviews of discipline-specific elements. Provide technical guidance to junior staff and coordinate productivity across multi-discipline project teams. Independently progress the majority of designs using current drawing tools and software. Contribute to successful project delivery for diverse clients across Indianapolis and Westfield locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in Engineering
- 3 year of relevant experience
- PhD in Engineering
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCad
- Thorough understanding of the application related to engineering, geometric and algebraic principles
- Ability to independently progress the majority of designs and tasks required of the discipline
- Ability to optimize work processes by using knowledge of the most effective and efficient ways to get things done with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to manage time, proactively forecast, and communicate project development needs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
