Job Summary
Lead design tasks on technically complex engineering projects, coordinate overall design activities and project submission schedules, and perform QA/QC to ensure client requirements and technical standards. Develop construction documents, prepare cost estimates and design budgets, and assist with schedules and technical proposals. Mentor and train engineers and interns, collaborate across departments, and apply advanced design methods using Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation/InRoads, and hydrologic/hydraulic software. Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license and have ABET-accredited degree with five years of experience; strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an engineering field
- Minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience
