Job Summary
Measure distances from grade stakes, drive stakes, stretch tight lines, and level earth to fine grade specifications using a pick and shovel. Bolts, nails, and align forms; signals construction equipment operators for alignment and movement; mixes concrete with float, trowel, and screed; positions and seals pipe sections; erects scaffolding, shoring, and braces; and sprays materials to clean, coat, or seal surfaces. Perform dexterous tasks involving demolishing buildings, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, and cutting insulating materials. Work outdoors at heights, lifting up to 70 pounds occasionally and 40-50 pounds frequently, while following all safety rules and collaborating with the team.
