Job Summary
Guide brides through the gown selection process while maintaining expert-level knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations. Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationship-building, and manage appointments and client communications effectively. Maintain visual merchandising standards, process transactions, and assist with inventory management to uphold brand integrity. Full-shift availability required on Saturdays and Sundays, with Friday availability based on business needs. Hourly compensation is $14 plus commission, with total potential earnings reaching $25-$32 per hour. Candidates must complete an online application and a two-part Predictive Index Assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Full-shift availability on Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to travel to Columbus, OH for one (1) week of paid training
- 1+ year of customer service and sales experience, preferably in retail or soft-lines
- Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the store by scheduled shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in bridal or luxury retail
- Familiarity with Apple/macOS systems
- Success in commission-based sales environments
