Job Summary
Promote and sell the bride's entire ensemble, including dresses, headpieces, and accessories, while providing superior customer service to grow sales and meet financial goals. Conduct customer appointments on time with follow-up, ensure Kleinfeld Bridal standards and policies are fulfilled, and deliver expert product information. Maintain a positive environment by keeping the sales floor, dressing rooms, and stock organized, clean, and safe. Resolve customer and merchandise issues promptly with partners, assist fellow associates, and complete daily opening and closing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Work experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
- Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
- Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with staff at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates ability to work flex style and work with a variety of groups including management, creative, executives and hourly work force
- Ability to keep workroom and space clean and organized
- Be polite, friendly, helpful to both customer and associates
- Must be able to multitask
- Good memorization skills
