Job Summary
Conduct daily sales consultations for the electrical department, leveraging expertise to guide customers on home improvement projects and ensure successful outcomes. Guarantee product availability and maintain high-quality store presentation while actively promoting services and initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience. Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the client journey and foster cooperation for meeting store performance targets. Requires proven experience in similar retail roles, strong relationship skills, and mastery of sales techniques. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00, plus Saturday shifts from 09:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 19:00, with a fixed half-day rest day each week in addition to Sunday.
