Job Summary
The Brick Mason is responsible for safely and professionally installing CMU and brick units according to contract documents, ensuring a water-tight masonry assembly. Key duties include site layout, plumb and level installation of CMU units, mixing of mortars and grouts, and operating equipment for daily construction activities. The mason will oversee the erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems and perform general maintenance and safety inspections of equipment. Successful candidates should have experience with various CMU sizes, masonry drainage systems, and carpentry items, alongside strong communication and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of apprentice/vocational program or equivalent training/education
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in the masonry trade

Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a 7 year background check
