Brick and Multiskills Technician

Brick and Multiskills Technician to provide technical support for delivery of practical teaching and assessments. Responsibilities include supervising students during practical sessions, maintaining safe workshop and learning environments, handling and storage of materials and equipment in line with COSHH and safety regulations, preparing and maintaining equipment and resources, advising staff and students on equipment use, collaborating with curriculum staff to support delivery and assessments, contributing to training programs and employer engagement, and undertaking ongoing professional development. Required to act as Fire Marshal and First Aiders; applicants must complete full employment history and education/qualification details per safeguarding guidelines; onsite role at Maidstone, Kent with term-time employment. Skills include health and safety compliance, equipment and materials management, instructional support, and ability to support learning activities in a college setting.
