Job Summary
Brex Internship Program: a 1–2 year remote internship placement within one of Brex’s G&A teams (risk management, finance, automation, data analysis) focusing on implementing AI-driven workflows, process improvements, and critical data insights. You’ll complete a core project involving data insights, process implementation, or AI-driven automation, and interact with Brex leaders and executives. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day tasks, analyzing inefficiencies and proposing improvements leveraging AI, cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations, translating business needs into practical automation solutions, and contributing to Brex’s AI-native roadmap. The role is fully remote with optional use of the São Paulo office and requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation window 2027–2028, plus demonstrated AI tooling and prompting skills.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation between July 2027 - July 2028.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and applying effective prompting skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Passion for business operations, internal tools, and the application of AI and automation to improve efficiency and enable scale.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Desire to contribute in a fast-paced environment with a founding team member mindset.
