Brewmaster Assistant

Job Summary
Create an engaging environment while ensuring flawless service delivery and executing all brewing operations from milling to finishing. Maintain accurate records, logs, and inventory controls for product flow and rotation, adhering to strict standard operating procedures. Clean and sanitize kegs, tanks, draft lines, and brewing equipment, while safely handling chemicals, hazardous gases, and pressurized vessels. Assist with product sourcing, conduct brewery tours, and support special events as required. Ensure compliance with all governmental, OSHA, and Delaware Park regulations to promote a safe work environment. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a hot, steamy, and loud setting.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the brewing process, industrial brewing systems & related equipment
- Must be able to lift and move 55-165lbs, expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, hear, taste, see & smell
- Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and/or execute written, verbal, and/or demonstrated directions, explanations, and guidance
- Ability to follow directions precisely
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work in an environment that is hot, steamy, wet, and loud (up to 90dB)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
