Job Summary
Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and key them into the point-of-sale system, then collect payments and count back change. Prepare all drinks and premixes while moving with urgency on the customer's time, maintaining a safe environment by following sanitation regulations and handling hot water, glass bottles, and dairy products. Make personal connections through genuine interactions and offer suggestions to help customers identify their desired drinks. Work on feet for several hours, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and operate outside in various weather conditions. Clock in ready at your assigned position, adhere to shift change duties, and maintain hygiene and appropriate dress.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings and late nights.
- Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions.
- Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
- Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time.
- Climb a ladder and use a step ladder.
- Sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean.
- Safely walk in between and around cars in the drive through lane.
