Job Summary
Brewista role: own the bar—take orders, run the POS, and make cash; craft stellar coffee drinks and premixes fast and with flair; jump in wherever needed, greet guests warmly, know every recipe, and guide guests to their perfect drink; show up on time in uniform, keep areas clean and safe, and lift up to 50 lbs; support the team and thrive during rush periods. Strong focus on upbeat, engaging demeanor, ability to stand/bend/climb for long shifts, and comfort with outdoor conditions. Flexible shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., including weekends and holidays, in South Hill, VA (drive-thru environment).
